Our Humble Beginnings
In 1995, visionary educator Mrs. Vidya Phatak founded Harmony International School in Mumbai amid bustling streets and modest dreams. With just 25 students in a single rented classroom, she aimed to nurture curious minds beyond rote learning—overcoming early funding hurdles through community bake sales and parent volunteers.
Milestones of Growth
- 2000: Expanded to a 5-acre campus, adding science labs after a successful alumni fundraiser.
- 2010: Launched STEM programs, pioneering robotics for Maharashtra schools during a regional tech boom.
- 2018: Achieved CBSE affiliation, celebrating with our first 100% board results.
- 2023: Introduced sustainability initiatives, planting 500 trees with student-led drives.
People Who Shaped Us
Legendary principal Mr. Raj Patel (2005-2020) once said, “Every child is a seed; we just provide the sunlight.” Alumni like Dr. Neha Gupta, now a NASA engineer, credit our hands-on projects for their success.
